What’s Going On With Tropicals?

by | Jan 27, 2022 | Articles, Newsletters | 0 comments

It’s time to trim your tropicals! With the cold weather that we have been seeing, they really took a hit. Tropicals hold a lot of water in their foliage, so when we reach freezing temps, the water inside the plants can freeze and cause damage. It’s okay though…all they needs is a little trim! Just trim the plant 4-6 inches above the ground and sprinkle a little plant food. They’ll come back this spring as good as new! Hope this helps and if you have any questions about tropical plants, let us know!
