Pricing & Billing
We are all busy and the last thing you want to worry about is manually paying bills and making sure work gets done. With us, any recurring service such as lawn fertilization and pest control will be billed and auto-charged on the first of each month. 50% of payment is due for landscape jobs and Christmas lights, with the other 50% being due after work is completed. We accept all major credit cards and now offer PayPal Credit for any purchase over $99.00 dollars.
Often times, money is an off-limits subject that no one desires to bring up. It is our duty, obligation, and responsibility to be successful and for our company to thrive. It is through this success that we have been able to provide stable jobs and careers for our team. Good jobs with good pay also leads to a very capable team who loves to provide you with a high-quality service. Outside of taking care of our team, we also are able to contribute to several local community programs by way of donations and sponsorships. Average Prices
Lawn Fertilization & Weed Control
Lawn fertilization and weed control prices are based on the actual square footage of the area you are wanting to be treated. Our pricing starts at $25.75 per month.
Landscape Maintenance
It hard to give prices without looking at the property first. We do and will provide multiple options for you. Once we look at the property, we’ll be able to tell you roughly what to expect on a moving forward basis. For one-time jobs, a 50% deposit is due once the work is accepted. After the job is complete, we’ll contact you to make sure you’re happy with the work before charging the remaining balance.
Irrigation
There is a $45.00 service call to have a technician come to your property. We charge for the time spent on the property at a rate of $120.00 per hour. Our technicians are trained and licensed to work on your sprinkler system.
Pest Control
Most homes we service are $35.00/month for year-round protection with our pest control program. We will need to hand measure and send a quote for homes more than 5,000 square feet.
Termite Prevention
Termite inspections are always free, and our pest technician will write up the estimate for termite prevention after seeing the square footage of both your home and yard.
Christmas Lights
Homes are measured and estimated based on the actual footage of lights needed. The first year, there is an upfront investment to purchase the lights and have them installed. We then store the lights at no additional charge to you. After the first year, you only pay for your lights to be installed and removed. When you receive your estimate, you are able to view the breakdown of labor and materials. This will give you an idea of what you will pay the next season.
