Rose Rosette Disease is on the rise! This disease is carried and caused by mites. It is often identified by disfigured branches, excess thorns and poor blooms.The biggest issue with Rosette is there is no known cure. Once plants are infected they must be removed and destroyed. Some will go to the extremes of burning the plants to make ensure the virus is killed. Unfortunately, because remaining infected soil– Replanting is not an option. If Rose Rosette is present, do not brush it under the rug. Address the issue!
