Still seeing mosquitoes? They are still hanging around, especially in cooler areas around the home. These temperatures are ideal for mosquitoes as they prefer moist areas, plants, and the eaves of a home. To combat mosquitoes around the home, be sure to empty things such as bird baths, children’s toys, tires, etc. as often as possible. Also, keeping overgrown vegetation properly trimmed helps to reduce mosquitoes. The darker the area is, the more moisture an area can trap, which increases the mosquito population.
