Did you know there is a difference in lawn mower blades based upon whether you are mulching the grass, bagging or blowing? This is something to think about when it comes time to replace them! Mulching blades have winged edges that create a lift inside of the lawn mower. These blades cause grass clippings to remain lifted and continue to be chopped up. Eventually being left behind in fine pieces to disintegrate turning into mulch. This is the method we typically recommend. When blowing, these blades are much more straight. Instead of creating a lift, it allows the grass to blow out of the side of the mower. Hope this helps!
