Did you put a weed and feed or fertilizer down in the Spring? Did you know most store bought fertilizers only feed your yard for 30-60 days? Chances are that the Nitrogen in the product has expired and is no longer in the yard. You’ll want to feed your yard through the Summer as well. Be mindful of how many pounds of Nitrogen are being put down, how long it’s going to be able to feed from, and most importantly make sure you do not have too large of a gap in between treatments.
