This time of the year, it’s not uncommon to see an increase in bug activity around your home. But that doesn’t mean you’re facing a full blown invasion! When you bring firewood inside, there may be some bugs living on it, so it’s a good idea to check it before you bring it inside. The second most common reason is actually your decorations! Most of the pests you see in your home originate from the outside and are brought inside by – you guessed it – you! The same goes for your decorations. They’ve been in storage either in a garage, attic, or outdoor shed all year, so bugs have made themselves at home.
