Are you or someone you know building or have recently built a home? During the construction process, debris like brick, sheet rock, paint can be left behind. It is extremely important that all of the debris is removed and new top soil is brought in before laying any new grass. New clean soil is going to give the grass the opportunity to thrive. If your pre-existing lawn is struggling and think this may be the reason, there are different products available to help add new organic material back into the soil. Remember that good grass comes from good roots which grow in good soil!
