We want to help clear up some things that have come up recently.
-Termite activity is a huge topic in the Spring time once people have noticed the active swarmers. This is just when they are most visible.. Termites can be a problem year round.
-Just because your home is newer, doesn’t mean you can’t get termites! Termites live underground and it is a matter of time before they make their way into the home. No one is safe.. Termites are not picky and will go anywhere with a food source.
-If your neighbor has termites.. This doesn’t mean you won’t get them. Consider treatment as more of an insurance policy. When coming across active termites you definitely want to treat sooner than later. The cost of treatment is much cheaper than paying the price for the damage possible to come.
