Hotspots Are an Issue

Hot spots are an issue we’ve been seeing lately with how hot it’s been in our area. If you’re noticing patches of dry, brown spots on your lawn, it could be a hot spot.

These are caused by heat from the road/sidewalk, uneven watering, sprinkler heads not reaching the full lawn, or other issues with the sprinkler setup. Feel free to reach out if you need help identifying what’s happening! We offer irrigation assessments for a $100 flat fee and can make sure your system is functioning correctly.
