How it works…
We are all busy and the last thing you want to worry about is manually paying bills and making sure work gets done. Any recurring service such as fertilization and mowing will be billed and auto-charged the day after it is completed. Pest control is billed and auto-charged on the first of each month. No more paying for postage and worrying about sending checks in the mail. We accept all major credit cards and now offer PayPal credit for any purchase over $99.00 dollars.
Pest Control: Most of the homes we service are on a flat monthly charge of $35.00/month with routine applications based on the time of year with free service calls as needed. For homes bigger than 5,000 square feet, we will need to measure and provide a quote. Prices for larger homes increase in $5.00 increments. Exterior applications mean you don’t need to be home. Cancel anytime! We recommend consistent treatments to help keep bugs at bay. Don’t wait until spring or summer when bugs are the most active. It’s always better to prevent a problem than to treat it! Pest control plans will be billed on the first of each month.
Fertilization: All fertilization prices are based on the actual square footage of the area you are wanting to be treated. Our average properties are in the $45.00-$65.00 per application price range with six total applications throughout the year. We can measure most homes using Google Earth to provide an estimate in minutes.
Landscape Maintenance: Due to the wide range of requests we get, it is hard to give prices without looking at the property first. We do and will provide multiple options for you and all estimates will be approved before work begins. Once we look at the property, we will be able to tell you roughly what to expect on a moving forward basis. For one time jobs, we charge a 50% deposit once the work is accepted. After it is complete we will contact you to make sure you were happy with all the work before charging for the remaining balance.
Sprinkler Work: There is a $45.00 service call to have a technician come to your property. We only charge for the time spent on the property at a rate of $95.00 per hour. Often people question the rate of $95.00/hour, but we must charge this for a few reasons. Our technicians are trained and licensed to work on your sprinkler system. To keep them up-to-date, we have to send them to several continuing education classes during their off-season. Sprinkler work also only happens for about 10-11 months out of the year. In order to keep our qualified techs with us, we have to make enough money to keep them paid all year long.
Christmas Lights: All of our Christmas lights homes are measured and estimated based on the actual footage of lights need. In the first year, there is an upfront investment to purchase the lights and have them installed. We store the lights at no additional charge to you. After the first year, you then pay for your lights to installed and removed. When you receive your estimate, you are able to view the breakdown of labor and material. This will give you an idea of what you will pay the next season.
