How it works… 

We are all busy today and the last thing you want to worry about is manually paying bills and making sure work gets done. For any recurring service such as pest control, fertilization and mowing, will be billed and auto-charged the day after it is completed. No more paying for postage and worrying about sending checks in the mail. We accept all major credit cards and now offer Paypal credit of any purchase over $99 dollars. 

Average Prices

Pest Control:  most all of the homes we service are priced from $49.99-$59.99 per visit with 6 total visits during the year.  Our price is based on a measurement of your homes perimeter. For homes that are bigger than 4000 square feet we will need to measure and provide a quote.  Prices for larger homes increase in $5.00 increments. All visits will be billed and auto charged the day after service.

 

Fertilization:  All fertilization prices are based on the actual square footage of area you are wanting treated. Our average properties are in the $45-$65 per application price range with 6 total apps through the year.  We can measure most homes using Google Earth to provide an estimate in minutes.

 

Landscape Maintenance:  Due to the wide range of request we get, it is hard to give prices without looking at the property first.  We do and will provide multiple options for you and all estimates will be approved before work begins. Once we look at the property we will be able to tell you roughly what to expect on a moving forward basis.  For one time jobs we charge a 50% deposit once the work is accepted. After it is complete we will contact you to make sure you were happy with all the work before charging for the remaining balance. We apologize for not being able to give you any more information on pricing for this service without looking.  

 

Sprinkler Work:  There is a $45.00 service call to have a technician come to your property.  We only charge for the time spent on the property at a rate of $95.00 per hour.  Often people question the rate of $95.00/hour, but we must charge this for a few reasons.  Our technicians are trained and licensed to work on your sprinkler system. To keep them up to date we have to send them to several continuing education classes.   Sprinkler work also only happens for about 10-11 months out of the year. In order to keep our techs with us, we have to make enough money to keep them paid all year long.  During the off season is when they take care of classes, vacations other requirements.

 

Christmas Lights:  All of our Christmas lights homes are measured and estimated based on the actual footage of lights need.  The first year there in an upfront investment to purchase the lights and have them installed. After the first year you then pay for your lights to installed and removed.  When you receive your estimate you are able to view the break down of labor and material. This will give you an idea of what you will pay the next season.
