Warmer weather, temperature swings, moisture.. These are all the ingredients to create the perfect environment for fungus to thrive. As grass is beginning to come out of dormancy, it’s important to monitor your lawn for signs of an impending fungus invasion. The fungus can take over your lawn quickly and leave you with unsightly bare spots that can take a very long time to fill back in. Be on the lookout for lime green or yellow grass blades that start small and grow larger at an alarming rate. Act fast and treat your lawn with an appropriate fungicide to knock out the problem. In some cases, the lawn may need to be treated a second time. Hope this helps and if you have any questions, let us know!
